You can either upload from your computer by clicking 'Add Photo/Video' on your newsfeed or from your phone by tapping the camera icon in the app. Both ways work great!
Super easy! Just go to your Facebook profile, click on the 'Photo/Video' button, select the pic you want to upload, and hit 'Post.' Done and done!
