Hey there! You can't put banners on shields on Xbox because it's not available in Bedrock Edition. Hopefully, that changes in the future!

Unfortunately, you can't put banners on shields in Minecraft Bedrock Edition, including the Xbox version. It's a Java-only feature.

Nope, you can't do it in Bedrock Edition. If you want that feature, you gotta hop over to the Java Edition!
