Just select the Zero Build mode from the game mode selection screen! It's a separate mode entirely.

No build? Just go to game modes and pick 'Zero Build' - simple as that!

I've been playing no-build forever! Just hit 'Change' in the lobby and select 'Zero Build Battle Royale.'
