How to Put Stairs in a Basement in Bloxburg
First, go into Build Mode and create a basement using the Basement option in the Build tab. Next, switch to the Stairs tab, choose your preferred staircase, and place it connecting the ground floor to the basement. Easy peasy!

Alright, from my Bloxburg building experiences, first make sure you've got enough space for your stairs. Basement tool first, stairs tool next. Connect and voila, access to your subterranean lair!
Build the basement first, then add stairs. Not rocket science.
Just hit Build Mode, make a basement, then go to stairs. Plop the stairs down where you want them. Done in 2 mins!
