Easy peasy! Open up Steam, and look for the 'Games' menu at the top. Click on 'Activate a Product on Steam...' and hit 'Next' till you get to the part where you can enter your code. Pop your code in, click 'Next,' and voila! You've unlocked your game or whatever magic the code promised.

Honestly, it's not rocket science. But make sure you're putting the code in the right spot. Some people try to redeem codes in the wallet section. Don't be that person.
