On consoles, just hit the D-pad left button, and your flaps should go up. Happy flying!

Flap controls can be reassigned in the Controls menu, so if F isn't doing it, double-check your settings.

If you're using a joystick, check the mapping in the controls section. Default might be a button on the stick itself.
