Honestly, just grinding the same area over and over is the way to go. Pick a spot wiith strong enemies and get to work!
If you really want to power level, fight the monster respawn points in the final dungeon. They give crazy amounts of EXP!
One way to quickly farm EXP is to use the 'Risky Ring' accessory to reduce TP consumption and spam artes in large battles. Also, try to find the giganto monsters—they give loads of EXP!
