In Palworld, reading journals is pretty straightforward! Just walk up to any journal you find in the game world, and you should see a prompt to interact with it. Hit the interaction button (usually 'E' on keyboard or the equivalent on your controller), and voila, you're reading! Honestly, I spent wayyy too much time trying to figure this out when I first played, but it's embarrassingly easy. Just walk up, press the interact button, and you're golden. The real challenge is finding all of them, some are in places you wouldn't expect!
You just press the button when you're near one. Really, if you're looking for secret codes or something in journals, don't bother. Palworld keeps it simple.
