All you gotta do is buy a recliner from the Home Store, pop it in your house, and then tap it to have your sim recline. Easy peasy!

To recline in The Sims FreePlay, just buy a recliner chair from the Home Store, place it in your sim's house, and then have your sim interact with it to recline.
