How to Recover Deleted Instagram Posts
If you recently deleted the post, you can recover it from the 'Recently Deleted' folder in your account settings. Go to Settings -> Account -> Recently Deleted, select the post, and click 'Restore'. Easy peasy!

Check your 'Recently Deleted' folder under Settings > Account. You have 30 days to restore your post before it's gone for good. Act fast!
