Just go to the Facebook login page, click 'Forgot account?', and follow the prompts to reset your password using your email or phone number. Easy peasy!
Had this problem last year! Ended up using my trusted contacts option. My friends helped with the recovery code and voila, got my account back.
Seriously though, just contact Facebook support. They鈥檝e got the magic touch for these kinds of things.
