First, head over to the PlayStation Network (PSN) website. Click on 'Sign In,' then 'Trouble Signing In?' Follow the prompts to reset your password using your email or security question.

I had to recover mine a few months ago. Just go to the PSN site, click 'Forgot Your Password?' and follow the steps. Super simple!
