If you forgot your email, try using your Gamertag to recover your account. Go to the Xbox sign-in page, click on 'Forgot my password' and then 'I forgot my email or phone number'. Follow the prompts to use your Gamertag for recovery!

Honestly, if you forgot both your email and password, you might need to consider creating a new account. It鈥檚 probably faster.
