Easy peasy! Go to the PlayStation Store on your console, select 'Redeem Codes,' then simply enter the code you received. Boom, you're in!

You can redeem it from the PlayStation app too. Open the app, go to the PlayStation Store, and tap on the menu. Select 'Redeem Codes' and enter your code. Done and done!
