Redeeming an Xbox gift card for V-Bucks is pretty straightforward! First, redeem the Xbox gift card on your Xbox account by entering the code. Once the funds are added to your account, go to the Microsoft Store within Fortnite, select the amount of V-Bucks you want, and complete the purchase using your account balance.

Just did this last week! Scratch off the code on your Xbox gift card, redeem it on your Xbox account, and then use the balance to buy V-Bucks in the Fortnite store. Easy peasy!

You can't directly redeem Xbox gift cards for V-Bucks. Redeem the card on Xbox first, then buy V-Bucks using the added balance.

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
