Lag in Terraria can be super annoying, but here are a few tricks to help reduce it! First, try lowering the graphics settings in the game's menu. You'd be surprised how much this can help. Also, close any unnecessary programs running in the background of your computer to free up more resources for Terraria. If you're playing online, try using a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi for a more stable internet connection. And lastly, if your computer is a bit older, consider upgrading some hardware, like your graphics card or RAM, to boost performance.

Just play offline. I swear, half the lag disappears when you're not dealing with a dodgy internet connection.

Honestly, if you've tried everything and your game still lags, it might just be time to upgrade your potato PC. Terraria isn't that demanding, so if you're struggling, it's a sign.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
