You can go to Microsoft's refund website, log in, look for the game you want to refund under your purchase history, and click 'Request a refund'. If it's within 14 days and you've played less than 2 hours, you should be good to go!

Easy peasy! Head over to the Xbox Refund Request page, sign in, and select your order history. Pick the game you want to refund and follow the instructions. Done!
