If you made an in-app purchase that you want to refund, you need to go through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. It's pretty straightforward: just go to your purchase history and find BitLife, then follow the refund instructions. Good luck getting your money back!

Refunds for BitLife in-app purchases are handled by Apple and Google, not Candywriter. Head to the respective store where you bought the item and request a refund there.

I had to refund once; went through the Google Play Store, and it was a breeze. Just navigate to 'Order History' and request a refund. Got mine back pretty quick.

Honestly, contacting Apple or Google is your best bet. The developers don鈥檛 process refunds directly.

If you're a BitLife player looking for extra currency or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in BitLife essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
