Just remember, Steam's pretty chill with refunds as long as you're within the 14 days and under 2 hours playtime rules. So if you binge-played that DLC for 3 hours right after buying it... might be outta luck.
Actually, you gotta check some DLC because not all of 'em are refundable due to their nature or usage in-game. Always read the fine print before hitting that purchase button.
Getting a refund for a DLC on Steam is pretty straightforward.
