I've refunded stuff before! Go to 'Settings', then 'Account and Privacy', and find 'Submit a Request'. Remember, you get only 3 refund tokens, so don't waste them!

You can't refund everything. Only items bought in the last 30 days can be refunded using the 'Submit a Request' in your settings menu.
