You can simply click 'Issue Refund' on the transaction details page. It couldn't be simpler!
Go to Activity tab in PayPal, locate the transaction, hit 'Refund'. It's as easy as pie – I do it all the time!
Refund via PayPal is a few clicks. Under the transaction just hit that refund button. Done.
