You can refund V-Bucks transactions directly through the Fortnite game. Go to the 'Settings' menu, choose the 'Account and Privacy' tab, and select 'Submit a Request' under the 'Lifetime Refund Requests' section. Just pick the item you wanna refund from the list!
Don't even bother, refunds for V-Bucks aren't really a thing.
