Easiest way? Block them. They won't be able to follow you, see your posts, or even find you again. Problem solved!
Just change your privacy settings to 'Friends Only' and no more randoms following you.
Been there, done that! Just head to your profile, click 'Followers', find the person, click the three dots and choose 'Remove Follower.' Worked like a charm for me.
