Settings > Users and Accounts > Account, then follow the steps to delete the user. Worked for me!

You can remove a PlayStation account by turning on your PS4/PS5, going to Settings, then Login Settings, followed by User Management, and finally Delete User. Just pick the account and poof, it's gone!
