Just go to Settings, then Contact, and bam! Remove the email you don't want. Easy as pie!
Deleting my old email from Facebook was a breeze. Just went into settings, clicked contact, and removed it without any hiccups.
You can't actually remove it if it's your primary email, so first add a new one, make it primary, and then ditch the old one.
