Easiest way? Change your privacy settings for your birthday to 'Only Me'鈥攊t's like it never existed!
I went through this last week! Just head over to 'About' on your profile, scroll to 'Contact and Basic Info', click the pencil next to your birthday, and then set it to 'Only Me' or delete it completely. Worked like a charm for me!
