Just head over to the Epic Games account settings online. Look in the parental controls section and you can reset or remove the PIN from there. Easy peasy.

I had the same issue last month. Just go to the Epic Games account settings, and under 'Parental Controls,' click 'Forgot Your PIN?' They'll send you an email to reset it. Worked like magic for me!
