How to Remove Someone from Instagram Search Suggestions
If they keep popping up, try clearing your search history. Go to settings > security > clear search history.

Just tap and hold the profile in your search history, then hit 'Remove'! Poof, they're gone!
Just unfollow them and stop interacting with their content. Over time, Instagram will stop suggesting them.
