How to Remove Someone Logged Into Your Instagram Account
First, change your password ASAP! Go to Settings > Security > Password. Then, navigate to Settings > Security > Login Activity, and you'll see all devices logged in. Tap on any suspicious activity and log them out.

Just change your password, and Instagram will kick everyone else out automatically. Easy peasy!
From my experience, changing the password is the quickest way. Also, enable two-factor authentication for extra security. It鈥檚 a life-saver!
Change your password immediately. Then, check the Login Activity under Security and log out the unknown devices.
