Deleting the mod is as easy as deleting the mod files from your 3DS SD card. Just find the mod folder and hit 'delete'!

Just backup your save files, then reset your game or delete the mod files directly from the SD card. Good as new!

I've done this before. Simply go to the SD card's folder on your PC or Mac, locate the mod files, and delete them. No worries!
