On a Mac? Open Finder > Applications, find Words with Friends, drag it to the Trash, and then empty the Trash. Easy peasy!

If you're using it via Facebook, just remove the app from your Facebook settings. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, and remove Words with Friends.
