Try re-pairing your remote with the Roku device. Hold the pairing button inside the battery compartment for about 5 seconds until you see the pairing light flash.
If none of these work, you may need to buy a new remote. They鈥檙e pretty affordable and can be found on Roku's official site or Amazon.
If that doesn't work, replace the batteries. Low power can cause connection issues.
