How to Replace a Hard Drive in a PS4
I replaced mine a few months ago. Power down your PS4 fully, unplug all the cables, remove the shiny top cover, unscrew the single screw holding the hard drive tray, slide it out, and swap the drive. Make sure you have a USB stick with the latest PS4 system update ready!

Don't forget to back up your data first! Removing the cover can be a bit tricky; just be gentle with the clips. Once you pop in the new hard drive, you'll need to reinstall the system software from a USB drive.
Replacing a hard drive in a PS4 is a piece of cake! Just turn off the console, remove the hard drive cover, unscrew the hard drive cage, swap the old drive with the new one, and reassemble. Pop in a USB with the PS4 system software and follow the on-screen instructions. Voila!
Honestly, call Sony support. Let them handle it.
