How to Replace PS5 Controller Joystick
First, you'll need a small Phillips screwdriver, a prying tool, and a replacement joystick. Open up the controller by removing the screws and carefully prying apart the case. Swap out the old joystick with the new one and reassemble. Voila, good as new!

You can replace the joystick by opening the controller, but be careful with all the tiny components. A little patience goes a long way!
Just send it to Sony for repair if you're not comfortable doing it yourself. Avoid turning your DualSense into a DualMess.
I've replaced mine by following a tutorial on YouTube. It's pretty straightforward if you're handy with tools!
