Easy peasy! Just go to the profile you think is scamming, tap the three dots in the top-right corner, select 'Report,' and follow the instructions. Boom. Scam reported.

I've done this before. Click on the scammy post, tap 'Report' > 'Scam or fraud,' and follow the steps. The Instagram team will take it from there.
