Easy peasy! Just hit up your Steam client and go to 'Help' > 'Steam Support'. Choose the game or product you wanna refund, click 'I would like a refund', and then 'I'd like to request a refund'. Fill out the form and voilà! Just make sure it's within 14 days of purchase and you've played less than 2 hours.

I've done this a few times and it's super straightforward. Gotta say, Steam's customer service rocks. They usually process it in a day or two, but it can take up to a week to get your money back. Just be patient and make sure you meet the criteria.
Quick take: Just remember, Steam's not a rental service. If you play a game for 1.9 hours and refund it, that's not cool. Support the devs!
