Easy fix: Just uninstall and reinstall the game. You'll lose progress, but hey, fresh start!
From my experience, you can try clearing the app data in your device settings. Works like a charm, but you'll lose your saved data.
Sorry to break it to you, but Among Us doesn't have an official way to reset your age once it's set. Time for a new account maybe?
