How to Reset Facebook
If you’re looking to reset your Facebook account, you can't exactly 'reset' it like a device, but you can deactivate it and start fresh by creating a new account. Go to Settings > Your Facebook Information > Deactivation and Deletion. Choose 'Deactivate' if you want a break, or 'Delete' if you're starting from scratch!

Resetting isn't an option, but you can always go on a 'tidying spree' to declutter your profile. Worked wonders for me!
You can't technically reset the account itself, but you can clean up your profile. Delete old posts, remove friends, and update your info to make it feel like new!
