I had to reset mine by going into the game settings on my PS3 and deleting the saved data. Worked like a charm!

To reset Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition, you need to delete the save files from your console or PC. On consoles, look for save game data in the system storage/settings menu. On PC, locate the save file directory in the game's install folder.
