I had to reset mine last week. If you have access to your email, just click 'Forgot Your Password?' on the PSN sign-in page, and they'll send you a link.

Super simple! Go to the PlayStation website and hit 'Sign In.' Click 'Trouble Signing In?' then 'Reset Your Password.' Follow the prompts and you'll be gaming in no time.

Lost mine once, and it was easy to reset. Head to the PlayStation website, click 'Sign In,' then 'Trouble Signing In?' and follow the instructions from there!
