You can also reset it through the settings menu: Go to Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset. Follow the on-screen instructions from there!
I've had to reset mine a couple of times – just press that hidden little reset button on the stick with a paperclip for 10 seconds! Worked like a charm every time.
Easy peasy! Just press and hold the reset button on the Roku stick for about 10 seconds until the Roku logo appears. Voila!
