Easy peasy! Press and hold the power button on your Series S for 10 seconds to fully power it down. Once it's off, press and hold both the power button and the eject button until you hear two beeps (it should take around 10 seconds). Your Xbox will boot up in low-resolution mode, and you can change your video settings from there!

Honestly, pulling the plug and waiting a minute before restarting can sometimes fix these issues. When in doubt, reboot!

If you're stuck with black screen issues, try this: connect your Xbox to a different TV or monitor first. Then go into settings, display and sound, and tweak your video options from there.

Trust me, I've been there! Just reset your display settings by powering down, then holding the power and eject buttons. Works like a charm every time!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
