Go to System Settings > Console Settings > System Info, then enter the sequence: LT, RT, X, Y, LB, RB, Y, Up on the D-pad, then Y again. Boom, factory reset!

Just navigate to System Settings, choose Initial Setup, and follow the instructions. All your data will be wiped, so make sure to back up what you need!
