Just exile your character and find a new survivor to recruit - a fresh start without the zombie bites!
To 'reset' a character, just let them get taken down by a horde, then recruit a fresh one. It's brutal but effective!
Sorry, but there's no dedicated 'reset' button for characters in State of Decay.
If you really want a new survivor, exile the old one and go recruiting!
