You can't officially restart your game from within the app鈥攋ust create a new account and you're good to go!
In my experience, signing out and reinstalling is the best way to make sure you start over completely. Just remember, you lose all progress!
If ya really wanna start from scratch, uninstalling and reinstalling the app will work too! Just make sure to back up any data if you need it later.
