I've reset my character a few times. Just head to the main menu, select 'Delete Character,' and confirm. After that, start fresh by making a new agent.

To restart your character in The Division 2 on PS4, just go to the character select screen and delete your existing character. Then, create a new one. Simple as that!

Deleting your character is a bad idea. Keep grinding on your current agent and improve them instead. You'll regret starting over.
