If you want to restart your progress in Rise of Kingdoms, you need to create a new account or use a different email. Sadly, there's no in-game option for a fresh start.

Just uninstall and reinstall the game on your device, then sign up with a new email to start fresh!

Been there, done that! Just made a new email for a new account, and boom, fresh start in Rise of Kingdoms. Worth it if you want a do-over.
