Once 30 days have passed since you deleted your Facebook account, it's gone for good. You're gonna have to create a new account and start fresh.
I accidentally deleted my account once. As long as it's within 30 days, just sign in and you'll get the option to reverse the deletion. Easy peasy!
If you didn't request permanent deletion, your account should still be there. Check if it's deactivated instead. Reactivate by logging back in.
