Snapchat has a feature to help with that. Just go to Settings, then tap 'I Need Help' and search for 'Snapstreaks'. Follow the prompts to make a request!

I've had to restore a streak before. Go to the Snapchat support page, and there's a form for 'My Snapstreak Disappeared'. Fill it out and cross your fingers. It worked for me!
