Nope, deleted messages on Messenger are gone forever. Consider archiving next time instead of deleting!
From personal experience, I can tell you that deleted messages can't be recovered. Best to back up important convos in the future!
Hot take: Facebook should really add a trash folder for deleted messages so we can recover them like in emails!
